Refund policy

Our promise

If a workbook isn't right for you, email ledgerwell.help@gmail.com within 30 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason or send anything back.

Include the email address you bought with so we can find your order. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If your download doesn't work

Your download link appears right after checkout and is also emailed to you. If the link doesn't arrive or the file won't open, email us and we'll send a fresh link. That isn't a refund request, just a fix.
